Notice90 is a product of FKIT Club Ltd (company 14507831). UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We also respect US state privacy rights for people who use us from the United States.

Who is responsible

What we hold, and why

Your name, email, and password hash — so you can sign in (contract).
The renewals, notes, and preferences you enter — to run the book (contract).
Plan, Stripe customer and subscription ids — to bill you if you choose a paid plan (contract). We never store card numbers.
Session cookies — to keep you signed in (legitimate interests / strictly necessary).

Snapshots are written from your book on our servers. Nothing in the book is sent to a language model. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Hosting and the database sit with our infrastructure providers in the UK/EU region where we can. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe is a US company; transfers use their standard contractual clauses. We do not plug your book into other tools.

How long

While the account is open. If you delete items, they go. If you ask us to delete the account, we remove the book and the login, keeping only what the law says we must keep (for example a billing record).

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Download a copy from Account on a paid plan. Email us for the rest. You can complain to the ICO. US residents can ask us not to sell or share data — we do not sell or share it.

Children

Notice90 is not for anyone under 16.
